$100 of all deposits are NON refundable!
Monies paid may be applied towards another purchase or rental. The $100 cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled transactions not applied to another suit purchase or rental before a refund is processed.
In order to rent a suit the rental fee must be paid IN FULL for the suit to be marked as "rented". If for some reason you decide not to compete after payment has been received you can apply the whole rental fee towards a rental at another time. A $100 cancellation fee will be taken out of all cancellations not applied to another rental before a refund is issued.
A credit card is required for all rentals as insurance. All rentals must be returned within 10 calendar days after your show and returned in usable undamaged condition. I do not consider lost stones as damage. Damage is defined as ripped, torn, soiled past the point of cleaning or excessive glue. If and when any of these situation occur you will be notified via email and or phone and the credit card number will be charged within 5 business days of the communication for the remaining balance of the suit.
This rental is ONLY for the competitor who filled out the rental form for the show date entered on the form. Loaning the suit to additional competitors will result in a full charge of an additional rental fee. I do offer extensions for additional show dates but please ask about more information as this is customized per each persons needs.
Once the rental suit is received you have 48 hours to notify me that the suit does not fit or is not what you expected. If the suit is not what you expected or doesn't fit, I will rush out another suit to you immediately or you can cash out minus the $100 cancellation fee or transfer 100% the rental fee to another date, in the case of a new show date a new form MUST be filled out.
If you choose to cancel your rental you must give me 10 days notice from the SHIP DATE not SHOW DATE. You have two options: 1. Refund minus the cancellation fee ($100 for figure suits and $50 for Bikinis) will be applied to the charged credit card or 2. Apply 100% of the rental monies to a future rental or purchase TBD. If the cancellation is less than 10 days notice from your show date, the monies will automatically go to a future rental or purchase, the monies will not be refundable. Once the suit has been mailed the rental is considered fulfilled.
There is a $25 PER DAY late fee will charged for suits returned after the 10 days. (fees will not to exceed suits full value) If you would like to purchase the suit the rental fee and can be applied 100% to the purchase price and must be done within 10 days after the show date (extensions are not applicable). Full suit value will be charged to the credit card on file for suits that are not returned within 20 business days from the show date.
If the suit is returned dirty there will be a $35 cleaning fee. If the suit is returned damaged, the charges vary depending upon what it takes to return the suit to the condition it was sent out in.
All credits are none transferable. They must be used by the person holding the credit.
Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discoverer, Pay-Pal or check. All transactions tendered with a check will be held for 5 business days for the processing. Please keep this in mind for final payments as it can affect the shipping date.
If for some reason the rental is purchased prior to your show, please be flexible, either except a different preexisting suit of equal value and size or allow me time to make a new rental for you. Everyone has the right to buy their suit post show which can leave me rushed to make a new one. I will do everything I can to meet your needs.
All purchased suits need to fill out a new suit order form. A 50% deposit is required in order to get the suit to be started. The first $100 of all deposits is non refundable.
Once the form is complete and the deposit is received I will contact you if needed to go over the form to review the order ensuring you get exactly what you want.
My processing time can vary depending upon the volume of orders that are already on the books. Minimal is 8 weeks from “PAYMENT RECEIVED DATE” to the “SHIP DATE” for new suit orders (please be flexible, during peak season it can sometimes take 10-12 weeks but 10 is standard). This is “NOT” show date. (i.e. if you want your suit in hand two weeks before your show, payment will need to be received 10 weeks prior to your show date). For all rhinestoned figure, fitness or bodybuilding suits.
CHANGES:If you change your mind mid order or would like to add to your order, I MUST have a another form with the new instructions. Once the order is started I only use the form for sewing and rhinestone instructions, if there is wrong information on there, it causes too many problems.

Bikini and prejudging suits typically take 4 weeks (this can change slightly during peak season) and payment in full is required to process the order. The order forms will have the current production times noted by the show date section.

I do offer a guarantee but must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the suit in order to exchange or refund. These suits are gently used and will not be in new condition.
If you decide you want to list your previously purchased T Marie suit on my site, email me and I will take a look at the suit. Once we determine it's one we feel we can sell on the site I will list it. All monies from the suit can be rolled over to a future purchase or chased out once the client confirms the suit is a good fit. Once the suit is bought you have two options 1.) use 100% of the monies towards a future purchase or 2.) cash out for 80% of the purchase price. The 20% they we keep covers doing all the correspondence, replacing any stones before it goes out, credit card processing fees and shipping.
